From Playing Fields to Global Goals: Gender Equality in and through Sport

This Goals Lounge dialogue will explore how investing in gender equality in and through sport can drive social change, strengthen leadership pathways and challenge harmful norms. Bringing together leaders from sport, business, multilateral institutions and athlete advocacy, the session will examine solutions to keep girls in the game, expand opportunities and harness partnerships, investment and policy action to create more inclusive sporting environments.
The conversation will highlight the transformative potential of sport as a platform for empowerment and explore how collective action can advance gender equality both on and beyond the field.
