Global Goals World Cup (GGWCUP) is coming to Saudi Arabia for the first time in partnership with the Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA). They are changemakers in their way of recognizing the value of sports for the SDGs and access to sports for women.
The SFA is the main player for developing community sports and is mandated with achieving a target of raising physical activity levels to 40% by 2030.
The 30 teams play for SDG 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15 and Goal 17.

For the sixth consecutive year, MY World México is co-hosting the Global Week to #Act4SDGs (17-28 September) for Latin America and the Caribbean. This debate will explore the evolution of public sentiment around vaccines from before the pandemic to present day, and identify the most effective approaches adopted – from enhanced public perception and misinformation tracking to rapid message deployment – to build confidence in vaccines and promote uptake. Our speakers will consider which approaches deployed during the pandemic are applicable to other immunisation programmes and are sustainable long-term.

The “Regional Week of #Action4SDGs – Latin America and the Caribbean 2030” will take place from the 17th to the the 28th of September, 2021. The goal of this regional mobilization is to promote collective action, mobilizing key stakeholders from all sectors to turn things around for the world we need, as regional leaders are reminded that the people of our region are also doing their part to accelerate progress on the SDGs.
