Exclusion in Education in Nigeria: The Dimensions, Drivers and Implications for the SDGs
By
As part of Southern Voice’s “State of the SDGs”-initiative, CSEA looks at three crucial questions: 1. Who are the excluded groups and what are the drivers of exclusion in quality education? 2. Which Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) reinforce or undermine the achievement of SDG 4? 3. What is the role of global systemic issues in achieving quality education? Existing synergies and trade-offs between education and other relevant SDGs will be discussed, as well as the influence of arms proliferation, technology, and foreign aid in the attainment of SDG 4 in Nigeria.
