Accelerating progress on the Sustainable Development Goals
Global Goals Week is an annual week of action, awareness, and accountability for the Sustainable Development Goals (also known as the SDGs or the Global Goals). Launched by Project Everyone, UNDP, and the United Nations Foundation in 2016, it brings together governments, businesses, individuals, international organizations, civil society, and others during the UN General Assembly in September to build momentum to achieve the Global Goals and ensure no one is left behind.
Our more than 40 partners believe that the power of collaboration is at the core of Global Goals Week. We come together to cultivate ideas, identify solutions, and generate meaningful partnerships for the Global Goals. Ensuring no one is left behind on the path to 2030 matters more than ever.
Global Goals Week events will engage people around the world in conversation and action. From September 22 – 29, partners from around the world will come together once again – under the umbrella of Global Goals Week— to support the #SDGs.
Anyone can join! Follow the #globalgoals hashtag, join an event online or in person, share on your favorite social media channel with our toolkit, participate in the Global Day of Action and much more.
